Many of you know how I feel about church signs. If you don't .. well... we'll have to talk about it later.
Anyway, Ty and I saw the classic church sign tonight.
"Ch ch"
"what's missing?"
drumroll please.........
"ur"
Hmmm... I love Jesus now.
I had to explain it first. Then Ty asked me why they put that up there. I said that it was supposed to make you want to go to church now.
Ty came back with "If they want more people to come to church there, their sign should say something like 'Free cheesecake on Wednesday and Sunday.'"
It still makes me laugh. I love that kid.

That makes me laugh! I REALLY want to go to ch-ch now. I think we ought to put the cheesecake message on our sign.:) I'm so glad you got to go to home sweet home. I have to tell you that I am the same way about church signs. I like Ty's idea much better; out of the mouth of babes.......(ok, I know he's not a babe, but you know what I mean, HeHeHe!)
nice. i saw one the other day that said, "Jesus invested His life for you...have you shown any interest?" i thought that one was actually clever. i'm all for cheesecake, though :) ty's a happenin' guy.

Yea for cheesecake on wednesday and sunday! Could you make that sometime between communion cups, Gracie's party and Church at your house! Or maybe on monday before you teach your kids? Who's going to loose their mind...ur!
